2023 Mendocino Ridge Chardonnay

Mariah Vineyard || 4 Barrels Produced

Chardonnay dry farmed at 2400 feet elevation just 4 miles in from the Pacific Ocean. A true coastal mountain vineyard.

Grapes were hand harvested and direct pressed to tank. Juice was settled overnight and transferred to older french oak barrels for a natural ferment. Wine was aged for 16 months with minimum S02 additions. Bottled un-fined and un-filtered.
