Bureau is an ongoing journal from Vinca Minor, following the people, places, and things encountered along the way.

Thirteen years ago, we began Vinca Minor with a simple idea: to make wines we believed in, from places and people we admired.
Along the way, something larger took shape.
There were vineyards and harvests, of course. But also long lunches, unfamiliar cities, artists’ studios, boats, kitchens, and tables that stretched late into the evening. Friendships formed. Stories accumulated. A camera became as much a part of the journey as the wines themselves.
The Bureau grew out of this world.
Part photographic journal, part wine collection, part invitation to gather, it brings together the things we’ve spent years making, discovering, and returning to. Original photography, conversations, printed editions, small-production wines, and the people and places behind them.
At its heart is the belief that the best things are worth sharing.
THE YEAR TAKES SHAPE.
Our inaugural year begins with Two Tables in Paris: two bottles of Pinot Noir accompanied by a photographic edition, made to unfold, spend time with, and keep.
Spring brings our first seasonal wine collection, followed by new photographs, stories, and printed works as the year unfolds.
And beyond the bottles, there are places to go and people to meet.
A gathering around a table in New York in late winter. Summer on Martha’s Vineyard. An afternoon under sail on San Francisco Bay in the fall.
Some occasions will be planned. Others will take shape along the way. All are opportunities to share a meal, open something special, and spend time in good company.
A PLACE AT THE TABLE.
Wine is where our work began. Photography and storytelling have opened the door to something wider.
The Bureau is a way of bringing those worlds together, and of sharing the people, places, and experiences that have made them meaningful.

Old-vine Carignan. Five tons picked in the early morning. Half went directly to press for rosé. The rest stayed on its skins for a few days.

Two tables in Paris
February 2026 - LE BON GEORGES
I went alone and sat at the small bar. It was afternoon.
I ordered the Filet de bœuf Rossini. The waiter poured me a glass of red Burgundy. I ate slowly and watched the room. I took a few photographs.
After lunch I asked for an espresso.
Instead the waiter brought out a bottle of Jura. Then some sliced Comté on a small plate.
I stayed. Three hours passed easily.
GALLOPIN.
Galopin was different. It was dark and crowded and very late.
The owner smoked behind the bar and drank with the room. Bottles were opened. People came and went.
There was always another bottle.
At some point you looked at the clock. Waiters continued to bring beautiful dishes out into the dining room then disappeared.
It was three in the morning.
