Apples & Pears were co-fermented in the fall of 2021 and aged in older french oak barrels.
Then in the early Summer of 2022 we blended in around 10% of Picpoul Blanc from Windmill Vineyards. We bottled the fruit wine with a bit of freshly pressed apples for a bit of carbonation.
147 cases bottled in June of 2022.
