Scotts Valley || 2 Barrels Produced
From one of the Santa Cruz Mountains most compelling cool-climate coastal sites. Just two barrels of Pinot Noir—100% whole cluster, aged 18 months in neutral French oak. Lifted red fruits & forest floor, offered only direct and to a handful of restaurants.
